The reason for outsourcing to UFS?
Being a traditional business, the majority of our business focuses on B2B sales rather than direct-to-consumer. With direct-to-consumer via digital channels being a growth area for our business, but still a relatively small proportion of total sales, we are not in a position to change our operation without considerable process changes and investment. In addition, whilst we break into the digital space with our branded propositions, we needed a company we could trust to provide the best service possible to our customers immediately.

We were looking for not only a business that had a solid foundation, but also a business that could develop with us as we grow.
The single biggest solution that UFS have provided is the ability for us to inject growth into our brands by ensuring we have an operation who is more than capable to keep up with our triple digit growth. Alongside this, another solution which has really helped our wider business is the ability to have a small B2B platform alongside one of our websites to cater for smaller traditional B2B clients in a much more efficient process. More recently, we also now have the ability to flex our despatch note per channel, which is extremely important for us considering we are a group with multiple brand channels.
With the help from UFS we were able to scale up and scale down without worrying about our services dropping.
