The Fox Tan cuts delivery times entering the UK market

The problem

As an eCommerce business based in Australia, fast and reliable fulfillment is at the forefront of our service. When our UK customer base declared that they were being charged local VAT on their orders, we were suddenly faced with many dissatisfied customers and a challenging problem.
In our first attempt to resolve this issue, we recognised the need for a local warehouse to facilitate our UK order fulfilment. However, we subsequently learnt that our initial partnership was the wrong fit for our business model. We required a highly flexible and reliable warehouse to support our fast-paced business model which we weren’t getting.

What we did

Given our unfortunate prior experience, UK Fulfilment Service (UFS) helped answered all our questions and concerns which provided us a with a strong assurance for success. UFS ticked all the right boxes, and we were confident that were the right fit for us. Jack and the team at UFS were highly flexible, knowledgeable in the eCommerce space and were willing to do whatever was necessary. The migration to the UFS system was seamless and we were set up in record time. UFS have been a true extension of our team, and we have full confidence in their services.
