At SCEND we understand that laying a great foundation is the first and most crucial step towards success no matter what industry you’re in! And so when it comes to fulfilment; it’s exactly the same.
We approach our goods in process with extreme caution, precision, and accuracy. Once your products arrive at our warehouse our team will unload and unpack your products with both care and attention. Each product will then be meticulously checked to ensure there are no damaged goods, breakages, leaks or spills.

Logging dates, batch codes and assigning spaces.
Once your products are checked each item will be scanned and logged into our internal systems. Each product's best-before date and batch number will be accurately logged to allow for correct, best-practice storage, making it easier to be located as well as allowing for product recall processes to be adhered to should they be needed.
After logging each individual item, it will then be allocated to a specific area within our inventory warehousing facility. This is where it will remain until you receive your first online orders, and that is when our inventory management team will move it safely to our pick-and-packwarehouse.
Automated systems for accurate inventory management.
Once scanned and stored in our inventory warehouse, your stock will then be under the control and guidance of our inventory manager who will oversee the stock rotation and replenishment. The team will carefully move products into the picking warehouse working in conjunction with our automated warehouse management system.
With each product being scanned in and out of their allocated space both our team and yours can track live updates on stock levels within the warehouse. Our team will be made aware when stock within our warehouse is running low and we will use inventory from our storage space to replenish stock in accordance with best-practice stock rotation.
