After your stock arrives at our warehouse, it is scanned into our system and an email is sent to you letting you know it has arrived. Your orders are then stored in our warehouse, ready for shipping. We automatically receive a notification when an order is placed on your eCommerce website (such as Shopify or WooCommerce), and we proceed to retrieve it from the warehouse and package it up for shipping. We then send the parcel directly to the customer under your own brand.
Your stock is received by our team, who care for it like it’s their own. Everything we receive is checked against your quantities and visually checked for damage. If there is a problem with your stock, you will be informed of this straight away.
